Ventnor City Farmers’ Market (VCFM) is currently accepting applications from agricultural and specialty food vendors. Additionally, a limited number of non-food craft vendors will be included in the 2018 market. Applications are due no later than March 1, 2018.
Agricultural Vendors are Jersey Fresh farmers that produce and/or grow one or more of the following products: fruit, vegetables, plants (annuals, perennials, herbs) cut flowers, dairy products, farm raised meat, seafood, and eggs. Additionally, farmers may bring products from farms other than their own, as long as they are Jersey Fresh and picked within 48 hours of market day.
Specialty Food Vendors offer their own handcrafted products such as jams/jellies, sauces/dips, honey, baked goods, pet foods, beverages, and other prepared foods. According to the Atlantic County Board of Health, all specialty food products must be prepared in a commercial kitchen.
Non-Food Craft Vendors offer their own handcrafted wares. Preference will be given to the following:
– items with a beach theme
– items with a food theme
– items made from locally-sourced materials
